1. Introduction

Welcome to La Maison du Gruyère. By participating in this activity, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C).

2. Description of the activity

This activity offers visitors an interactive tour at La Maison du Gruyère. Visitors can scan a QR code to customize a "drop of milk." This customization linked to a physical medallion is then recorded in a temporary database without any personal information. Customizing the drop is entirely optional and does not prevent participation in the interactive activity.

3. Activity operation

1. Customizing the Drop of Milk :
   1. Scan the QR code to access the customization page.
   2. Visually customize your drop and choose a nickname.
   3. Associate your customized drop with your medallion.
2. Interaction with the Stations :
   1. Use your medallion to scan the unique QR code on the interactive stations.
   2. Your customization will be displayed on the station screens during your visit.

4. Data collection

No personal data is collected by default in the context of this activity. However, visitors can choose to enter their email address on the webpage to associate their email with their customized drop. If you choose to provide your email address:

• Your customization and email will be stored in a permanent database for customer relationship management (CRM) purposes by La Maison du Gruyère.

5. Data use

• Temporary Database: Customization data of your drop is stored temporarily for display on the interactive stations. This data is automatically deleted after your visit.
• Permanent Database: If you provide your email address, this information is stored permanently for CRM purposes by La Maison du Gruyère. You will then receive an automatic confirmation email with the image of your customized drop of milk and information about Le Gruyère AOP.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information you provide against loss, theft, and unauthorized use. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet.

7. User rights

Users who have provided their email address can request modification or deletion of their data at any time by contacting La Maison du Gruyère.

8. Responsibility

La Maison du Gruyère cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this activity or the inability to use the activity.

9. Changes to the T&Cs
